Old member and long-time customer of Vincent, but just noticed this forum when buying a lead! Would like to say thanks to Vincent, whose leads seem to be the highest quality. Don't know if other lead-providers cherry-pick better leads for themselves - but i do know that having bought 150+ leads in the last few years, Vincent's have by far the best conversion rate... thanks Vincent!

It is a numbers game but the quality of NPB leads help the numbers work more in your favour.
We have converted about 50% of all leads purchased from NPB.
The leads are quite expensive compared to other lead sellers but you pays your money and .....!
Always a good bet if you are serious about property.

I`d like to start by saying that your site is The Best in the BMV lead market. The way it`s set up and the lead fees are reasonable. Don`t start reducing fees and adding F/fees I personally think it`s false economy.
I have closed another of yours, we`ve exchanged and our due to complete next week.

I purchased a lead from network property buyers in Nelson. I completed on the property and once all expenses were paid found myself £3,000 in credit. What was even better was on the day that I completed my lettings agent rang to say someone was moving in tomorrow!!! Now I'm also £50 better off each month as well. Excellent leads, thank you.

Just to let you know that I managed to negotiate a deal with the vendor with this lead of £196K pp and valuation came back on the button of £250K. The purchase is going through now, and I have to say I am very happy.
